You can put an opt in form in your page to help build your email list, or you can put your website or affiliate link in order generate traffic directly to your offer. While eBay frowns upon direct linking, I have never had an auction pulled for any reason.
Just imagine if you averaged just 200 visitors per ad for 30 days and you had 50 ads running. You would have 10,000 people seeing your offer each month. Assuming you make a $50 commission on each sale and you have just a 2% conversion rate, you would sell 200 products which would make you $10,000 each month from affiliate marketing!
